For all couches, love seats and sectionals, we only accept exchange of the same product in the same color, only where a product is deemed defective. All exchanges should be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
In all situations, NO REFUND of money after delivery.
All products come with 1 year warranty for frames and legs. Warranties are for frame repairs and leg replacement.
Please check product on delivery and we will be more than happy to exchange any defective product without any additional cost to you.
